You should aim to get into the top 3 institutions of Pune for a better ROI.
1. SIMB.
2. PUMBA.
3. BIMM, should be your first priorities.
ISB&M is also decent, where your total cost for 2 years may rise up to Rs.11 lakhs and you may expect an average CTC of Rs.5 LPA to Rs.6 LPA.

ISBM has very good placements with average 5-6LPA for all the HR Students and 95% placements. Campus life is good and internship opportunities are decent enough.

ITM is a great college to pursue MBA. For insights on ISBM Pune, you should contact the present students there. I cannot comment on that. ITM has a location advantage over the other college.

Hi.
ISB&M Pune has got poor placements in the last few years. This year HR placement package was Rs. 4.5 lakhs per annum. If you have other options you can opt out ISB&M Pune.
All the best.

As nowadays PGDM is a successful course for HR the placements in ISB&M, Pune has been pretty good and faculty is well qualified and experienced so you can go with it.
