Hi,No, you can't join Indira College of Engineering and Management without JEE Main for B.TechAdmission is through counseling under Centralized Admission Process (CAP) based on the rank obtained in JEE Mains/ Maharashtra Health and Technical Common Entrance Test (MHTCET).
