CRL at just above 1 Lacs even though good otherwise but it is not good enough to get seat in perhaps any course in NIT or GFTI or equivalent institutes. You are ranking in OBC NCL is also beyond the maximum number of seats that are going to be allotted to the candidates of your category in this year of admission. It will be tough to get admission in IGDTUW with rank 116560 and outside Delhi criteria but if you have SC/ST caste certificate then there are chances to get admission in ECE IGDTUW with this rank. Otherwise, for OBC/EWS/General the spot round outside Delhi cutoff is always near 50-60k even for MAE department.

If you are from OBC/SC/ST category, then you will definitely get an admission. But with general category, it will be tough as the last cut -off is always around 90k. Even in spot round there will be barely any chance of general category to get an admission with rank above 90k. But with any category certificate you will easily get an admission within first 2-3 rounds.

Spot rounds have very spontaneous cut off. It depends on the number of seats available. If the number of seat available are more then closing rank will increase but if seats are less then the closing rank will be same as the last round closing rank.

CRL ranks are considered for the cut-offs but the cut off for different categories are different. Like OBC NCL cut off will be different than applicants who are of general category. General Category might geet cut-off at 98k CRL rank whereas OBC NCL category will get cut-off at 1.5lakh CRL rank. The OBC NCL ranks are given for eligibility in JEE Advanced. If your OBC NCL rank clears the advanced basic criteria you are eligible to sit for JEE Advanced.

Yes definitely you will get admission in IGDTUW. You can easily get CSE till the last round if you are General Category. Otherwise even with OBC, you will get CSE in first round only. You don't need to worry.
