Placement at Indira Gandhi National Tribal University: Placement Cell that helps in the smooth conduction of the placement process. The university provides excellent placement opportunities with nearly 100% of students getting job offers. The highest internship package offered was 26,000 INR. However, the placement rate has decreased by 11% in the past three years.Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya has a Central Placement Cell that provides placement assistance, need-based training, and counseling for employment to all students of the university. The Central Placement Cell of the university endeavors to facilitate and provide suitable placement in reputed multinationals, government organizations, NGOs, and the private sector. The university has a placement rate of 80% for both undergraduate and graduate degrees. The placement cell conducts various conferences with career experts to help and encourage students to choose an ideal future path. The university has a hundred percent placement rate in the B.Tech CSE department, and the highest package offered on-campus is 18 lacs and off-campus is 24 lacs.

As per my opinion Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya is better for MBA.The Indira Gandhi National Tribal University offers an MBA in tourism and travel management. The university is located in Amarkantak, Madhya Pradesh, and was established in 2007 to provide higher education and research facilities to the tribal population of India. The programme is four semesters long, with the first and second semesters costing Rs. 1,88,600 and the third and fourth semesters costing Rs. 1,51,250. The eligibility criteria for admission to the MBA programme is a graduate degree in the respective field with a minimum percentage of 50%Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya is a government university located in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, that offers more than 200 courses in its 32 departments. The university has a strong academic reputation and quality education. It is also recognised by prestigious bodies such as the Bar Council of India, Pharmacy Council of India, and AICTE. Students who have completed the MBA programme have been placed in reputed business houses in India and abroad, in the fields of banking and finance, marketing, general management, and academics. Many are successfully managing their own business establishments.

This university doesn't provide any placement services for students. Placement opportunities are only available for 1 branch. There are no placements for professional courses. Only around 20% of the students are placed. Salary packages offered were not the best, and not even internship opportunities were provided to the students. All the students search for jobs and internships on their own. A total of 21 out of 67 MBA students were placed during placements in 2021. However, 18 students were placed in 2020.The student must have passed a Graduate degree in the respective field with a minimum percentage of 50% to be admitted to the MBA.
