The Indira Institute of Aircraft Engineering (IIAE) in Pune does not release specific cutoff marks for admission, but it does have minimum percentage requirements for different categories. The passing criteria for the B.Sc. Aviation Course is 40%.  IIAE conducts admissions based on an entrance test and a personal interview. The minimum percentage requirements are: General Category Students, SC/ST Students, and OBC Students.  The college follows a straightforward admission process for its B.Sc. program.

Yes, the Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME) course at Indira Institute of Aircraft Engineering (IIAE) in Pune is expensive, ranging from INR 3 to 6 lakhs, or around USD 20,000 to 25,000 for NRI students. The fee for the AME - B1.1 (Mechanical) course is INR 3,70,000. The total fee for the AME course is INR 5,50,000, which includes an entrance test and interview.  The AME course is a three year programme with an intake of 60 students per year.

The cost of attending Indira Institute of Aircraft Engineering can vary from course to course with the average tution fees of 2.4-4 lakh for 3 year course. So yes, it is slightly expensive than goverment institute but is pretty affordable for a private institutions.

NO, the Indira Institute of Aircraft Engineering is not UGC (University Grant Commission) approved beacuse it is not a traditional University or college, it may not fall under the purview of the UGC (University Grant Commission)They are recognised by the directiorate general of civil aviation, which is a regulatory body for civil aviation in India.
