The distribution of all BBA LLB (Hons) seats at the Indore Institute of Law is completely based on the merit of the entrance examination. The intake shall be strictly based on the score obtained in the IIILET; however, a minimum prescribed number of seats shall be reserved for candidates who have appeared in CLAT/LSAT India. Other remaining seats shall be provided based on the marks obtained in the Class 12 examination. This structured quota makes admission strictly based on merit and the results of the entrance exams, hence giving equal opportunity to all who apply.

Indore Institute of Law has a total intake capacity of 30 seats for the BBA LLB (Hons) with Global and Transnational Studies programme in 2024. These seats are filled based on the scores obtained in entrance examinations, so that only merit-based admission of candidates can take place. This structure thus provides ample opportunities to students who want to aspire to a career in law.
