There is no major difference in B.J. M. C. and B.J. Even I would say they both are same. It is all about journalism and mass communication. You can go ahead in this and yes, there is CET (Common Entrance test) for admission in this course.

Admission to MBA courses is based on the CMAT score followed by GD and PI. Selected students can participate in online-off campus counselling through internet from their city/ town/ authorized center or from authorized MP Online Kiosk by visiting the official portal of MP Online.
Graduate with 50% marks (45% for SC/ST) from a recognized university.
