The college has two hostels, namely, the Kalawati Gupta Hostel, which is on its campus with a total of 450 seats, and the Indraprastha College for Women's Hostel, across the road and opposite the main campus of IP College. For the 1st year, fees is around Rs. 183100; for the 2nd and 3rd years, fees is around Rs. 173000.

The student strength in each class is around 60–70 students per section. Student-Teacher ratios are good, and in case of doubt, there are tutorial classes each semester every week with a class strength of 10–15 students per tutorial.

The college's professors are exceptional; each of them is exceptionally helpful, compassionate, and knowledgeable. With an appropriate curriculum, internal tests, assignments, and practical assessments, teaching quality is beyond fantastic. When it comes to internal assessments and exams, professors are accurate. The college offers several kinds of scholarships. Also offered is financial aid. There are no network problems on or inside the campus. One of Delhi University's the oldest and most esteemed girls' colleges, IPCW has good infrastructure and placement rates. Overall, it's a decent college.

One of Delhi University's the oldest and most esteemed female colleges is IPCW. The college features several sports facilities, but the swimming pool is its standout feature. Many scholarships and other facilities are provided by the institution. The campus is luscious green, with many flowers and shrubs around it. The white walls of IPCW are distinctive on their own. The crowd inside the campus is very diversified it consists of outstation as well as local students.

There is no minimum enrollment requirement for the course; entry is determined by a two-tier entrance exam. To be eligible to take this particular admission exam, you must have at least a 50% average in all of your major subjects in your 12th grade.
