BIIB is a better option as brand name matters in MBA. Balaji is much better known than Indus Business School. In my view, BIIB is a better option.

IBA, Bangalore is better among the two in terms of placements for marketing. It has good placement records as compared to IILM, Gurgaon and Asian Business School. IILM Gurgaon and Asian Business School are same in ranking. You can also compare colleges through below link.

You will not get many holidays in IBA. Program is rigorous and a student should look for more studies, activities rather than holidays. 1st year students get longer Diwali holidays, but 2nd year doesn't as that is the final placement's time.
