Yes, you can pursue Industrial Design Course after completing class 12 in Arts stream. Candidate must have completed 10+2 in any stream with a minimum of 50% from any recognised high school board. Entrance-Must clear the Design Aptitude Test (Tier 1 and 2).

Yes, you can work as a UI/UX Designer after completing Industrial Design course. Although industrial design may be more concerned with tangible goods, the knowledge and abilities gained in these domains are frequently applicable to UX design as well. No, you cannot pursue a UG Diploma in Industrial Design after Class 12. However, you can pursue this course after completing Class 12 with at least 50% marks.
