Dear Arshdeep,
Yes, it's a good choice to do MS i.e. M.Tech from abroad. Germany is considered for mechatronics and mechanical engineering so I would suggest you to do it from Germany universities.

You should choose as per your interest, skills and capabilities. Also, you should as per where are you willing to work, in India or abroad?
In India as per the preferences most common and popular courses in descending order are thermal, design, industrial and automobile.

Which college will admit you is very hard to answer. You also did not specify the country. You can check the university websites for admission requirements. They also mention the average GRE scores of admitted students in recent years so you will have an idea.

M.Tech is the course to do for getting placement. But unfortunately, as per survey done by AICTE, almost 25% students do not get job. May be you can learn foreign language.

MBA is engineering agnostic as far as I know. And if you are thinking of pursuing an engineering degree with the hope that someday, you will pursue MBA then that is a bit far fetched. It will be better that you take up electrical engineering because of better job prospects and research, currently, happening in this field.
