Well, only two IIT's offer B.Tech in Production Engineering ( very similar to indsutrial engineering), IIT Delhi and IIT Kharagpur. You can consider Vellore Institute of Technology, Tamil Nadu as well. You need to apply through GRE and TOEFL exam scores with par score for good colleges at 310+/340 for GRE and 110+/120 for TOEFL. You can join A counselling session for further making Of LOR and SOP. Moreover, online books like Kaplan and RS agarwal are very helpful to crack GRE
