Yes, you are eligible for a Diploma in information technology. There is no issue of passing out in 2015.

It is my personal opinion that, MCA is better than MS because MCA graduates get a lot of opportunities in private sector as well as in the government sector. They can work in information technology and software field but whereas MS is restricted to the branch you choose. And MS in IT is a good branch but I think MCA as a better one.

You can do BCA without having math in 10+2 level, but try to take Maths subject in BCA course, as it will be compulsory, if you are going to do MCA, as Maths should be there either in graduation level or 10+2 level.
