You can do BCA without having math in 10+2 level, but try to take Maths subject in BCA course, as it will be compulsory, if you are going to do MCA, as Maths should be there either in graduation level or 10+2 level.

Without any preparation means it's hard to qualify in JEE Mains but there are less chances for qualifying in EAMCET. But just qualifying doesn't gives you anything, so you have to work hard for reaching your goals. Without working, you can't get anything.

I strongly believe that the vast 6 years of experience in IT will surely suffice for you to apply for Masters in computer Science either in India or abroad. Make sure you do the necessary entrance exams like GRE and TOEFL/IELTS. USA and Canada are good options for foreign studies. Especially, Canada with all the visa rules relaxation.
