Hi,
B.Sc IT is a self-financed course so the fees is somewhat between 20 to 25k. But since you belong to SC category you'll get concession. Some good colleges for B.Sc IT are Sathaye, Patkar, Jai Hind, Ruparel, St. Xavier's, Wilson and many more. Do some research and check all the colleges providing this course.

Both colleges are equally good and will help you to land a job. I will suggest you to go through the curriculum of both IT and CS and try to find out which one fascinates you more.

Yes you can take admission in 2nd year directly but you will have to fill the lateral entry form and you will have to be eligible for all the qualifications required for the second year lateral entry.

PGCET exam for MCA is not being conducted in this year till now it will be conducted in the month of September. If you want to find out the cutoff of PGCET for MCA for the previous year just visit the official website.
