Hello, B.Sc. IT is equivalent BCA. As it is Bachelor degree so for better growth in career you have to go for Masters like MCA or M.Sc. By B.Sc. -IT you will get a job of entry level in any IT company but if you will work hard and learn new skills as required by time you will get chance to enter in any MNC which will help to learn more in their training programs and some of them provide the opportunity for Masters as well.

Yes, you can go for B.Sc. IT side by side. It will help you to gain some extra knowledge and you will also have a graduation degree in IT. I suggest you to choose college or university wisely.

You can consider following options:
MBA.Computer Science & IT.Business & Finance.Core Engineering & Engineering Management.Physical & Earth Sciences and Renewable Energy.Agricultural Science & Forestry.Biosciences, Medicine & Healthcare.Media & Journalism.

It would be better ti prefer VIT or SRM. I would suggest you to not take a drop.

Off course AI is better than it. AI is the future of technology and it's scope is much more bigger than it. Now AI is in initial stage, but many companies like google, apple, Microsoft, etc. are working to develop more technology based on it. So, it's a best choice.

It is good if you opt for IT, please go with your interest and before taking admission in any college check about their placement cell, do they provide placement or not.
