However, for you to apply in MCA, since you have done MCM from a good and affiliated college, YES you can pursue MCA on the basis of graduation from Sagar University. You have done MCM in related courses, that makes you eligible for MCA course in other universities. Just make sure you have all the necessary documents ready with you at the time of admission in further institutes.

North Eastern Hill University (NEHU) does not provide a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) program. NEHU focusses mostly on postgraduate programs and research. For undergraduate degrees in computer applications, you might want to look into other universities or colleges that offer a BCA degree.
