NMIT Doesn't Offer BCA in Cybersecurity. While they have a strong focus on cybersecurity and offer a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering with a specialisation in Cyber Security. They do not have a dedicated BCA programme in this field.

NIT Bhopal and NIT Warangal both accept NIMCET entrance scores for admission to the MCA course. However, NIT Warangal is more competitive than Bhopal in terms of the NIMCET cutoff. The Round 1 cutoff for NIT Warangal stood at 242 in 2024 for the General AI category students. While for NIT Bhopal, the round 1 cutoff was 373 in 2024. So, it is evident that NIT Warangal is very popular among the students for its MCA course. NIT Warangal and MNNIT Allahabad both accept NIMCET entrance scores for admission to the MCA course. However, NIT Allahabad is more competitive than Warangal in terms of the NIMCET cutoff. The Round 2 cutoff for NIT Allahabad stood at 181 and 178 in 2024 and 2023, respectively, for the General AI category students. Rajiv Gandhi South Campus, BHU accepts CUET-PG score for MCA admission. In 2024, the CUET-PG closing rank for MCA was 179. The rank is competitive and requires candidates to score well to get admission in MCA programme of RGSC. Besides, aspirants also need to pass BCA/ BIT /BTech / BSc with Computer Science as the main or ancillary subject with at least 60% aggregate (55% aggregate for reserved category) to get admission in MCA.

The total tuition fee for Rajiv Gandhi South Campus, BHU MCA programme is INR 2.7 lakh. This information is sourced from official website/ sanctioning body and is subject to change. Selected aspirants need to pay course fee at the time of admission to confirm their seat in the campus. On paying a fee of INR 2.7 lakh, BSc students can expect an average package of INR 8 lakh. Going by the data, the return on investment for MCA is good.

Aspirants need to complete BCA/ BIT /BTech / BSc with Computer Science as the main or ancillary subject or BTech/ BE in any branch or BA/ BSc in Mathematics/ Statistics or equivalent with at least 60% aggregate to apply for MCA programme. Hence, candidates with 60% in graduation can apply for MCA. There is 5% relaxation in the aggregate for reserved category candidates.
