No, you can not get a seat at VTU Belgaum for MCA if you have not attempted PGCET exam. Since, the admission to MCA at VTU Belgaum is solely made on the basis of PGCET exam, hence you are no eligible to get enrolled for MCA this time as you didn't appear for it.

Admission to BCA at Christ College, Irinjalakuda is made on the basis of merit. Class 12th marks are taken into consideration for granting admission to students for BCA. In that case, you can kep the range of 85-94% as your green range. So, you will have a higher rate of getting into Christ College for BCA.

Percentage required in class 12th for admission to BCA is subjective to the college you are optng and its elegibility criteria. Some colleges also calls for entrance exams for admission to BCA while other offers it on merit basis as well. Thus, for the safer side, a percentage range of 85%-93% can be considered a good percentage for BCA.
