No matter which college or university you dropped out from, be it from IGNOU or any other university, you can always continue your education. You can always re-enroll in a college/university. Many people drop out due to vast reasons such as family to take care of, financial hardship, their work, not ready for additional schooling etc. Colleges and Universities are fairly easy to gain acceptance to today.

It sounds like you recently completed your Bachelor of Science in Management and Computer Science and are now interested in pursuing a career in the software industry. Additionally, you have also prepared half of the syllabus for banking exams. It can be a good idea to continue preparing for those exams as it can open up new career opportunities in the banking and finance industry. However, the software industry is also a growing field with many opportunities, so it's important to research different options and find what aligns best with your interests and skills.

Some tips overall what I would suggest is -
don't EXPECT - Don't expect to get 100 in a subject, I never expected. Just prepare well. Don't PRESSURIZE - Don't pressurize yourself that I have to get 95% this that. NO just give your best
ATTEMPT ALL QUESTIONS -Even if you don't know a question please attempt it you never know there might be grace marks. ATTEMPT IN SEQUENCE- this makes the paper look presentable and easy for examiner to check it.

Institute of Apparel Management offers mainly three courses IN MUMBAI COURSES OFFERED are:- Bachelor of Design - [B. Design], Bachelor of Technology - [B.Tech], Master of Business Administration - [MBA]. And for a Biology student, I would rather suggest going for B.Tech. It gives you information about different types of textile products how to process them, how dyeing is carried out and every step for clothes and other textiles. After that go for a Master's for better knowledge and good placements. Another option is B.Design. If you have an interest related to design and fashion design you can go for the second.
