Yes, you are eligible but please check the eligibility criteria for the same :
Graduation in any stream is the basic eligibility for MCA. The eligibility for qualifying marks in graduation differs from institute to institute. Most of the institutes require 45 to 50 % aggregate in qualifying exam for taking admission.

The University of Mumbai doesn't offer an MBA, but MU affiliated colleges do offer Masters in Management Studies (MMS). For getting into MMS in University of Mumbai affiliated colleges one has, to have a Bachelors degree or has to be in the final year of a bachelor degree with more than 50% marks academically.

yes absolutely. you can do msc in mathematics. you have to keep an update on their official website as to when they release their regsitration form and fill it up on time.
