A candidate should pass 10+2 in the Science stream with Physics, Maths and Chemistry (PMC) and should have obtained 60% of marks. It's very nice to hear from you that you are interested in doing your graduation in engineering after completion of Diploma. But distance education mode is not the method since UGC has banned it. You can instead think of doing AMIE which is equivalent to graduation in engineering.
