Hello Pandurangam, it's very nice to hear from you that you will like to join a bi take program which is part time in nature. however the Institute of engineering and management studies at Bhubaneswar that you are talking about appears to be e some kind of only management type of a thing. There was no mention as to whether they have UGC or or AICTE certification or not but a statement that their courses are affiliated to 16 different universities which in itself is a very funny and not a routine statement. Distance or correspondence courses in Engineering and Technology are not valid for employment and higher study purpose. Hence never be pursue. AMIE, B.Tech (Part time) and B.Tech lateral are the only available options.
