I had given my WBJEE in 2015 and during that year they did not accept through SC Quota. You can contact the admissions office regarding any query.

I think you will not get Heritage and IEM with this rank. Techno you will get some of the branches. Try for other colleges I am attaching the link where you can check all the details:

You might get Haldia. IEM's closing rank for all the streams is generally much higher. I am not sure about Heritage. Put your preferences accordingly and hope for the best.
