Truba Institute of Engineering and Information Technology has got a good faculty. Faculty members are helpful, knowledgeable, and supportive. Many of them hold postgraduate degrees and even PhDs. They guide very well and are good at making complex concepts easy to understand. The quality of teaching is valued by most students; however, its variance is noted in different departments. Altogether, the teaching staff positively contributes to the learning process of the institute, ultimately for preparing the students to do well in engineering careers.

Eligibility criteria mention that passers from 10 + 2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from any recognised Board of Education.
