Both IHM Goa and IHM Ahmedabad offers good placements annually. IHM Goa recorded 80% placements for the recent batch of its BSc in Hospitality and Hotel Administration. As per the students’ reviews on the Shiksha page, the highest and average package offered during the recent IHM Goa placements stood at INR 7.20 LPA and INR 5 LPA, respectively. Talking about the IHM Ahmedabad placements, 90% of students got jobs in campus placement interviews for the year 2022. The the highest and average package offered was INR 3.60 LPA and INR 1.98 LPA, respectively.

IHM Ahmedabad reportedly provides 100% placements. In the past, 4.5 LPA was the highest salary package offered, 2 LPA was the lowest, and 2.5 LPA was the average salary package. The most desirable position is trainee in management, The placement rate for B.Sc. graduates from IHM Ahmedabad is good. 100% of 2022 B.Sc. graduates obtained jobs within six months of study completion. Among the top employers are The Oberoi Group; Hyatt; ITC; JW Marriott; The Fern; Accor; Madhuban Resorts; Express Hotels; McDonald's; Faasos; Reliance; Arvind.
