IHM-Mumbai doesn't offer BHM degree, it offers B.Sc H&ha. The difference between the B.Sc and BHM are as follows:
B.Sc
1) It is a three year programme.
2) It has 4 months of internship.
3) It is mainly affiliated to NCHMCT.
4) B.Sc. Is mainly tutored by IHM around India.
5) Subjects are similar to BHM.
1) It is a four year programme.
2) It has 6 months or 1 year internship.
3) It is mainly tutored by the private colleges.
4) Subjects are similar to B.Sc. The best course is B.Sc H&ha.

The placement of IHM, Bangalore is excellent. It is having higher rate of placements. The best IHMs except Mumbai and Delhi are:-
IHM Chennai
IHM Hyderabad
IHM Thiruvananthapuram
IHM Goa
IHM Gujarat, etc.

The age for general for getting into ihm is 25 and for sc/St is 28. The best collage for getting the admission fr Hotel managment is ihm around India.

1) The requirement for getting admitted into ihm is through the all india entrance examination, and currently the application for the exam is going on.
2)From every top ihm you will be getting good campus placements not only in hotels, in many other retail sectors also.

For getting admitted in top most IHM, you must need a rank above 2000 in IH-Bangalore. But, in Mumbai and Delhi, you must need a rank above 500.

According to AIR and placements, IHM Mumbai & IHM Bangalore are best. In IHM Bangalore, faculty members are best they will provide you the best teaching. IHM Chennai is also good after Bangalore and Mumbai.

Salary and position depends on the hotel you choose, and salary depends on the experience (Skill knowledge) and theory knowledge you gain, i.e. more experience more salary.
