Yes, for admission to BA LLB (Hons.) courses, candidates must meet the eligibility criteria set by Institute of Law, Nirma University. The selection criteria for the course is through CLAT entranc exam score. The Common Law Admission Test, known as CLAT, is a national-level law entrance exam conducted by the Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs).

The Institute of Law at Nirma University provides in-campus hostel facilities exclusively for PG students. Recently, a girls hostel named 'H4 Girls Hostel' for undergraduate law students has opened. Despite being in the UG course of law, the boys are still looking for flats and PGs. Finding a flat for students is very difficult even if there are many apartments and other residential complexes available, as Bachelors are not allowed to accommodate. The latest cutoff information for LL.M. in Constitutional and Administrative Law at Institute of Law is not yet mentioned in the official website. Though the entry requirement for the LL.M. in Constitutional and Administrative Law program at the Institute of Law is a minimum of 50% in graduation. Keep checking the website of the university to know more about the cutoff status and other detailed.
