Hi Mayank, last year BVIMR took students upto the rank of somewhere around 220 for regular merit. I hope it helps.

In BVIMR admissions for MBA go till 220-230 rank. However I suggest you to sit in the counselling process.
IMED Pune is also a good option, as it has good rankings & placements.

I would suggest you to look for the rate of return (ROI) for every university/institute. It's calculated as ROI = Package expected or avg. package divided by fees of the college. For e.g. - for BVIMR average package is 6 LPA and fees is 6 LPA. So ROI would be 1.For Amity average package is somewhere around 8 LPA and the fees is 12 LPA. So ROI would be 0.67. Choose a college which has the highest ROI. Among the institutes you have named, NMIMS and Symbiosis have very good ratings. The fees in NMIMS is around 19 lakhs for MBA. Though it is tough to get into BVIMR, but you can still opt for IMED Pune. It's also a top ranking institute under Bharati Vidyapeeth University with good placement opportunities. Do attend your counselling.

Earlier, I would have answered IMED; but BVIMR has improved dynamically in the past few years. It has both better ranking & placement opportunities than IMED. However, if you want to do a specialisation in HR than IMED can a better choice.

The average placements in BVIMR range between 4-5 LPA; however if you take & learn best from the opportunities provided by the college than you may land above 6-8 LPA or who knows you become an entrepreneur, as many BVIMRians do.
