Hi.Eligibility criteria for admission to MBA at Institute of Management Studies, BHU: Minimum 50% marks in aggregate at the Bachelor degree under 10+2+3 pattern/ a degree in Agriculture, Technology, Medicine, Education or law / a post graduate degree in any discipline under 10+2+3 pattern with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate from any University/Institution recognised by AIU/AICTE. For SC/ST candidates 45% mark is required.On the basis of the Combined merit of written test (CAT conducted by IIM of the corresponding year)- (50% weightage); Academic Records of the Candidates (20% weightage); Group Discussion and Interview conducted by FMS, BHU (30% Weightage).Thanks 

The Institute of Management Studies BHU follows an online admission process for all its programs. The criteria for admission are as follows:MBA and MBA IB: Admission is based on a combined merit of CAT scores (50% weightage), academic records (20% weightage), and GDPI performance (Group Discussion and Personal Interview, 30% weightage).MBA AB: Admission relies on the combined merit of the written test conducted by Banaras Hindu University and GDPI conducted by FMS BHU.PGDBA: Admission is granted based on the merit of GDPI performance for eligible candidates.PhD: Admission requires a valid score in the common Research Entrance Test conducted by Banaras Hindu University. Those who have qualified for NET-JRF of UGC NET are exempted from this test.This comprehensive approach ensures that candidates are assessed holistically for their potential and suitability for the respective programs.

Institute of Management Studies, BHU offers various PG and certificate programs such as MBA, MBA IB, MBA AB and PGDBA. The admission to the courses are entrance based. The admissions to MBA and MBA IB programs is offered on the based on the score of CAT (50% weightage), academic records (20% weightage) and GDPI (Group Discussion and Personal Interview with 30% weightage).
