If you are a general category student with 72 percentile you must have not received the call as cutoff for general category this year was 75 percentile. So its not possible to get admission for this session. If you have category benefit you must have got the call, and you can convert the call if you had perform well in GD-PI and you had good academic records.

The CAT cut-off for general category students this year was 75 percentile. The placements at FMS are very good, this year the average package was Rs 7 lakhs per annum and highest was Rs10 lakhs per annum. Top companies and MNC's like DHL, Infosys, ICICI, SBI, SBI life, Ujjiwan, Tech Mahindra, and many more were the recruiters this year. The college provides summer internships. Like the placement committee we have a seperate summer internships committee as well.

Cut-off is different for different years owing to various reasons. This year, the cut-off was 75 percentile for general category students. If your percentile was this much or more, you must have received the call and you must have come for GD-PI. There is no provision for a single girl child. Our criteria is 50% weightage to CAT score, 15% to GD,15% to PI and 20% to past academic records. So, yes, your good academic records will help but no reservation for single girl child.

Be patient. Don't worry they will be out soon. Cannot tell the exact date, but they may be out anywhere in between 15-20 days. It will be uploaded on our website and you will also receive a mail for the same. Paid seats are allotted at the time of admission counseling. Paid seats are allotted once the 92 (46 each for MBA and MBA-IB) normal seats are filled. These paid seats are allotted purely on merit basis and there is no reservation for paid seats.Paid seats are 14 in number: 7 each for MBA and MBA- IB.
