BBA placements at Guru Nanak Institute of Pharmaceutical Science and Technology, GNIPST are considered to be quite good. It has an active Training and Placement Cell which facilitates recruitment from many industries. The last three years have witnessed an excellent placement record where around 96% of the students got placed after undergraduate study. Guru Nanak Institute of Pharmaceutical Science and Technology, GNIPST ranked #74 among Pharmacy in NIRF 2024 rankings. Earlier it was ranked at #87 in 2023. Guru Nanak Institute of Pharmaceutical Science and Technology does not offer the MPharma course. The college offers only the DPharma course. To be eligible for the course, the candidates need to have a minimum of 50% marks in class 12th in a relevant stream from any recognised board.

Guru Nanak Institute of Pharmaceutical Science and Technology is generally a Tier 2 college. But pharmacy education is always special and well known for its approval by both AICTE and PCI. It has a fair placement record and offers several programs; however, it is nowhere close to the Tier 1 level in terms of national acceptance or facilities available.
