Yes, this college is good in Pune. The college is affiliated with Savitribai Phule Pune University and approved by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI).It has good classrooms, well-equipped labs, and a library to support the academic needs of students. The college has  placements with top recruiters like Cipla, Dr. Reddy's, and Piramal Pharma Solutions.

The best course offered by DR. D. Y. Patil Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research is the Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) program. B pharm have good placement opportunities compared to other courses.

No, you cannot get direct admission to the B.Pharm and M.Pharm courses at the Dr. D.Y. Patil Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research. For these courses you need to qualify the entrance exams like MHT-CET or GPAT.

To get admission to Dr. D.Y. Patil Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research (DYPIPSR) in Pune can be difficult as it is a top pharmacy college in the region. For B.Pharm and M.Pharm courses, you have to qualify in any entrance exams like MHT-CET or GPAT.

This college is NAAC (A+ grade), NBA accredited, and it is in top 50 institutions in India by NIRF. It has good infrastructure and facilities like modern laboratories, smart classrooms, library.The faculty is highly educated. This college having good placement opportunities for students. It has the placement record that students getting placed in top pharmaceutical companies like Ranbaxy, Cipla, Sun Pharma etc. with average salaries of INR 3 to 4 LPA.

DR. D.Y. Patil Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research (DYPIPSR) in Pune does not accept NEET scores for admission to the B.Pharm program. Instead, the institute accepts scores from the MHT-CET (Maharashtra Common Entrance Test) for admission. To get admission candidates must have passed the 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry, and either Mathematics or Biology, and obtained at least 50% marks in the subjects taken together (45% for reserved category candidates). A valid score in the MHT-CET entrance exam is required for admission.
