Absolutely not. You do not qualify for any institute of post graduate medical education and research IPGMER for undergraduate courses in medicine or MBBS courses without qualifying in the NEET-UG exam. NEET-UG basically is the tick mark of all the medical private and government affiliated colleges in India, the same thing happens in IPGMER. Now, if you want to seek admission to MBBS courses on any medical college, clearing the NEET is not optional but a must and must participate in the counseling process.
