You can look for M.Eng in the same field or perhaps a more specialized field of your interest such as EE, robotics, designing, etc. Please check the admission requirements carefully, GRE is not a mandatory requirement in Germany. You must take the IELTS, and knowledge of German language is recommended.

Instrumentation has a good scope specially in manufacturing industries and power plants. Just concentrate on your studies and appear for GATE as most of the PSUs recruit students based on GATE scores.

SCET college is good for instrumentation and control.
I am also from SCET. It's facility, teaching methods are good and there is many equipment available for practical knowledge of this field. So SCET is good for instrumentation and control.

Every university in Germany is actually 'best'. You need not worry where you are studying in Germany. Some options include TH Koln (University of Applied Sciences), Ravensburg-Weingarten University of Applied Sciences, RWTH Aachen, University of Bremen etc. You will find more options on DAAD website.
