If you are really into coding, do take up CSE in Jaipur. IC is also a good branch, but placement wise, CSE is the best.

Control engineering or control system engineering is the engineering discipline within the electrical engineering that applies the automatic control theory to design systems with desired behaviors in the control environments. It is one of the important sub-division of electrical engineering based upon mathematical modeling of physical systems.

Electronics and instrumentation engineering is a better option. Considering today's scenario, it has more scope.

Thus increasing the production of machinery and instruments will also lead to increasing its instrumentation and control. So, there is a good scope of IC Engineering in upcoming years. And another advantage is that the seats for IC Engineering course are less as compared to another engineering courses. So, competition will also be less.
