Basically, it varies from college to college. But, likewise, the course fee for interior designing can be INR 1,10,000 per annum or maybe even less. So, do let me know about the colleges you have in mind.

The new academic year generally begins in the month of July. The course fee for interior designing varies in different colleges, but for an idea, government colleges like, NIFT or NID would charge around INR 8 Lacs for a 4-year course. The private colleges would definitely have higher fees than this. Situation test is a practical based test. It doesn't relates to your specific stream, but is conducted on a basic level for every design student no matter which stream in design he/she further wishes to choose. The fee structure of Diploma in Interior design varies from institute to institute. The approximate fee would be around 50k to 1lakh for a 1 year full time Diploma course.
