Since you are a commerce graduate, then why are you again applying for graduation in totally different field, else go for MBA or M.Com. The point is why you don't go for Masters now as you have already completed your graduation. All the best.

It will cost you around INR. 1.75 lakhs per year for this course from International Institute of Fashion Design Vashi . This is the fees for the last year. This time, there might be some slight changes in fee structure. For that you have to directly contact to college authorities.
