Diploma is a specially structured course that focuses only some certain aspects of the course. Bachelor degree is an all-round course and includes mostly everything. Diploma is mostly practical in nature and Bachelor courses are theoretical mostly. It is applicable to interior designing as well.

It is not that much critical as the definition of design varies from place to place and culture to culture. India has good institutes that offer international level of expertise.
