Hello Shruti,
No, you are not eligible to apply for M.Des in interior design as you have completed your Diploma in architecture. The minimum criteria is Bachelor's degree in the related field.

B.Des in Interior Design is hard to find. B.Sc in Interior Design is the common and known one. Go for B.Sc in Interior as you would have an edge. Moreover, if you want to go for B. Des, NID and NIFT got only the reputation that you need and there you won't find B.Des in Interior Design so it is better you go for B.Sc in Interior Design from a reputed institution of your choice.
