It's good that you are clear on pursuing a career in interior designing thus post B.Com you should do a certification course in interior designing & sharpen your skills by practising on the software that is being used by the interior designers.

Mentioned below are the minimum criteria that candidates interested in pursuing a career in Interior Design need to fulfill, in order to be eligible to apply for admission to the course. Higher Secondary Examination (class 10th & (class 12th), completed from a recognized educational Board, in any stream (Science, Commerce & Arts)

No, there is no entrance exam. The eligibility is candidate must have passed 10+2 from a recognized board.
