You can appear for any design entrance exam for colleges that have interior design programmes. For example for the Indian Institute of Art and Design we have and exam called IDAT, the details of which are available at https://www.iiad.edu.in you can get in touch with any of the counsellors from IIAD and get detailed guidance and advice on the exam process for the IIAD. Apart from IIAD, the other top institutes that offer courses in Interior Design are CEPT University, Ahmedabad and Pearl Academy (Delhi, Mumbai and Jaipur). All institutes have their own entrance exams similar to the IDAT exam of IIAD.

You can easily get a job after B.Des. So, you would need to decide what it is you want to do. M.Des is also a good option if you don't feel the need to work immediately.

Hi Chaitra Shree,
Its a 6 to 9 months course , classes are held in weekend for a separate badge but the duration can extend in that case. You need to check about the timings and other detail as the weekend badge will depend on the number of students enrolled for it.
