Hi Sanskar,
You must complete your 10+2 if you wish to pursue a Diploma. Specific entry requirements will differ with the institutes and colleges. Certain competitive Polytechnics require more than 75% to be eligible. Since interior designing is also a creative field you are expected to submit a portfolio showing your creative abilities. There are scholarships also available in different institutes for different and some specialised groups, which can be inquired at the time of admission to the institute or college. Subject covered in these courses are art and basic design, furniture design, computer aided design, furnishings and fittings, etc.

Eligibility Criteria: Candidates seeking admission should have passed higher secondary examination (XII) with mathematics as a compulsory subject or three year Diploma (any stream) recognized by the Central or State Government with minimum of 50% of aggregate marks (45% aggregate for reserved category) and minimum 40% for SC and ST. Plus, you have to appear for the entrance exam conducted by DTE called MH CET and need to clear NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) which is conducted by the Council of Architecture at national level.
