The world is of all-rounders. While it is a good thing to look for specializations, most of the success stories of designers have witnessed them switching and acing fortes. I would strongly recommend you to look for B. Des programme in Interdisciplinary Design, where you will be able to concentrate on various aspects of design, rather than restricting to just one specialization. As per my knowledge, this discipline is offered only in NID and JK Lakshmipat University in India so far. You can apply for B. Des programme at JK Lakshmipat University. As per the description you have provided, I would recommend you to go with what your passion and interest says. Even if you pursue law and become a lawyer, there won't be any point of you don't like what you do. Both the streams have good career scope if you are talented in it. So, I would say that you should follow your passion.

There's no such foundation for you to opt for a particular subject or stream for your future plan of interior designing. It is your interest in 'art and design' which made you decide that you wish to move forward in this field. So, as far as choice of subject in class 11 is concerned, I would say you may choose any stream of your interest but just stay in touch with arts, gain more knowledge in arts and connect with it through regular activities despite of the stream you choose. Good luck!
