I will advice you to check the ranking of the universities before deciding total admission. You are suggested to check Financial Times European MBA Rankings, Times Higher Education and QS for better knowledge on the top universities.

The admission requirements vary depending on whether you want to do- UG or PG.
International students must take IELTS if you want to do MBA. You must take GMAT or GRE. Overall, you must also have a good academic background.

I can suggest you some university names, however, you must check the curriculum. Finance and Economics are some of the core subjects and you must be comfortable with quantitative methods. Curriculum varies with universities and you may find suitable option. Please check-
Munich Business School,
Frankfurt School of Finance and Management
Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nürnberg (FAU).
For any more information you may write to the university directly. Hope this helps.
Best of luck.
