International business is an interesting and evergreen field, and you'd find it useful everywhere. Unfortunately, not many Indian institutes have IB as their core specialization, but almost every college will at least have a subject in some of their course. But IB from Symbiosis or SP Jain is a good course.

The top college for MBA in IB is IIFT Delhi and Kolkata. They conduct their own entrance exams. SIIB is also well recognized and you need to give SNAP examination for it.

Why don't you go to China and learn Mandarin? Trade between India and China is ever increasing and also possibilities of conflict. Either way, a good knowledge in Mandarin will open new doors for you given your experience in travel and retail industry.
