In MBA general programme, you have a choice to choose the specialisation from 2nd year major or minor but in MBA-International business, your major specialisation in IB only than you don't have any choice to make in 2nd year.

You may have a chance depending on your academic grades, recommendation letters and your statement of purpose. Ask yourself, why international business? Research more on this subject and check if it meets your career plans. Remember, you must convince the university. Since you have not mentioned your educational details further advice would be difficult.
