Hi,
Doing MBA will widen your horizon about how international companies do their businesses. So, it is basically the process of learning their strategy, failure and their expansion from low to high revenue firm. It will also provide you toe opportunity at global level to work with them as you will be given preferences. In order to do that you should prepare for IIFT as it is a premier college or you can search on the internet as different colleges have different procedures for MBA selection.

The budget is low considering your area of interest. Best institute for this is IIFT and the course fee goes up to around 3 LPA. Alternate option is to do MBA from Pondicherry University in international business which will be within your budget but you should not expect good placement package.

Both MBA IB and PGDM IB degrees are similar with only difference in nomenclature and with minor difference in course content in different colleges. You are advised to seek admission based on reputation of B-School not on name of college. If you go for PGDM IB then you must evaluate that degree is equivalent to MBA as per Association of Indian Universities ( AIU). If PGDM is approved equivalent to MBA by AIU, then you can seek admission in higher studies and apply for Government job.

First of all, you have to understand the difference between the two and also analyze your your area of interest.
The main difference between MBA and MIB is that MBA is a more generalized course of Management wherein you choose your specialization in the second/final year of your course whereas MIB is a specialized programme in which from the very first year your curriculum would be focused on International Business.
