The minimum percentage differs. A good college or university usually means it's going to be competitive hence an upper first class degree is required or recommended.

An MBA in UK requires applicants to have 3 years work experience. There are some universities accepting freshers, but I will suggest you gain required work experience and pursue MBA from a known university for better scope and career prospects. Good Luck.
