Hi,
No, you don't have much options of colleges accepting less than 50% marks in Graduation. Also, if you belong to any reserved category then surely as per the eligibility you can have. Therefore, find Direct Admission in Top MBA Colleges in India with less than 50% in Graduation.

As said in other answer it means seats withheld by the management of the college. They have the right to admit anyone on these seats regardless of the entrance exam etc. That is, of course, a method to earn more.

Yes, you can definitely go ahead and fill the form for your course now. IIBS does not only accept MAT, but has its own set of entrance exam laid out which is not too difficult at this level. You should definitely keep this is as an open option.
